Ha jokes on you! It's actually Symbian!you were all wrong from the start the switch wasn't running android at all...it was running IOS
You know it wont allow us to pirate in the few years to come, right? Now it doesnt even allow homebrew and we are yet to hear of anybody succesfully dumping a rom...shame on all of you who wants the switch to be hacked asap
and shame on the op for releasing an exploit
do you realise the moment a console is hacked, company are less attracted by it for making game for it. if you really want the switch to be abandonned by third party, then go ahead, support hacker and press them to release exploit asap
personally, if i were a hacker, i wouldnt release any exploit before about a year before the end of the gen, knowing a AAA game usually require more than a year to produce, i doubt third party company will abandon their project. so if you want a maximum amount of game available for the switch, please, dont release exploit so soon
thanks
it doesntmatter, they found an exploit and announced it publicly, it already makes the console less attractive to companies. You know it wont allow us to pirate in the few years to come, right? Now it doesnt even allow homebrew and we are yet to hear of anybody succesfully dumping a rom...
Funny because developers were still making new games for the 3DS, over the Vita no burh piracy doesn't detract developers, it's sales if the platform sells developers will support it.it doesntmatter, they found an exploit and announced it publicly, it already makes the console less attractive to companies.
it doesnt matter what this exploit allows or doesnt allow us to do. companies arent dumb, if we found an exploit that early, we will surely find more and more over the years to come. companies know that and are always imagining the worse scenario
Man... look, the psp was pretty succesful and they found way to run roms on the first fw. Ds got hacked in the first few years and got lots of support til its death. 3ds, wii both got hacked within less then 3 years from release, both were really succesfull, nowdays 3ds still gets love from devs...it doesntmatter, they found an exploit and announced it publicly, it already makes the console less attractive to companies.

maybe you havent realised, but there isnt much third party games released on 3ds now, if youve seen a lot being released in the past year, its either because they were already in developpement, or they are independant developer.Funny because developers were still making new games for the 3DS, over the Vita no burh piracy doesn't detract developers, it's sales if the platform sells developers will support it.
if 3DS wasnt hacked, pokemon sumo sales would have been way higherYou're an idiot, it's a fact so where is your evidence. Answer just these next questions.
The 3DS was hacked before pokemon sun/moon was released, what are the sales numbers of genuine pokemon sun/moon.
If a company looses 30% of sales by releasing on a hacked console, what % of sales do they loose by not releasing on that console at all.
pc games is another thing, most AAA games have option that require you to buy the game, mostly online gaming. so on pc, even if you pirate a game, you dont always get the full gameI got to love the numbers you pull out. Piracy have never killed a system. If piracy was a big issue there would be no pc games at all. Yet its one of, if not the most profitable market.
We totally do. Most of us, in fact. Why do you think there are piracy tutorials up on this site?We do not, in any form, support piracy; our hacks allow for running and developing homebrew software applications, and will not enable you to circumvent protections to permit piracy or the playing of illegitimately-obtained software.
Pokemon sun and moon where one of nintendos fastest ever selling games selling over 4 million copies in the first couple of weeks, they where also the highest pre ordered Nintendo games in history. On a console already hacked.if 3DS wasnt hacked, pokemon sumo sales would have been way higher
as for the %, i simply said a random number to make my point.
as for your second question, they wouldnt lose a penny if they dont release on a hacked console since they didnt invested a penny on their game to be compatible with it
and anyway, if you read what i said, i said if you had choice between making 100M$ or 70M$, which one would you choose?
it could have been 4.5 millions if it wasnt hacked...Pokemon sun and moon where one of nintendos fastest ever selling games selling over 4 million copies in the first couple of weeks, they where also the highest pre ordered Nintendo games in history. On a console already hacked.
Why would I choose between 100M$ and 70M$ and not choose 170M$?
Okay so let's say it actually could have been 4.5 million not hacked, that's 500k of lost sales yeah, so how many sales would they have lost by not releasing on the hacked console at all?it could have been 4.5 millions if it wasnt hacked...
and i told you to choose, not to take both
You have no proof of this, absolutely no proof that Sun and Moon's sales would be way higher, let alone even slightly higher, you can't prove that those that pirate would have bought it in the first place. Sometimes people are only interested in something when they can pirate it. You can't just assume they would have been like aw shit I can't pirate it, well I guess I have to buy it then, that's even assuming they would have bought it brand new in the first place.if 3DS wasnt hacked, pokemon sumo sales would have been way higher

Hell look at the Vita that thing sold like a piece of shit, and that didn't get hacked until the system was dead.Man... look, the psp was pretty succesful and they found way to run roms on the first fw. OP states otherwise and has empirical evidence to the contrary.
