Hacking Games not detected

Hello !
When i boot up my 3DS, games icons doesn't appears (only games installed on SD, cartridges and DSiware works)
This happend after i tried to install JKSM on both Sys & EmuNAND, i don't know what to do, i tried :
-Reformat SD to FAT32
-Restoring NAND
-Uninstall all games and reinstall
-Using BigBlueMenu to install instead of FBI
I don't thing the problem come from my SD, since it reads well EmuNAND and extdata and it works fine on my pc
I've O3DS XL w/B9S & system version 11.4
If you have and idea what happens, let me know

About 30, and that's the amount of games that were present before the problem, i just want to reinstall them
I know the limit of 300, and i'm far from reaching it
PS : i forgot to mention that games appears in data management

ive had that problem before idk what causes it but i just uses seprate sdcards for my emunands

tickets r what make games appear on the home menu. it sounds like ur missing them.

How can i format a new sd for emunand on b9s, is there a payload ?

i checked with FBI, all tickets are presents, i tried to install a title from CDN, made nothing

-3. have godmode9 and decrypt9
-2. have a backup of your sd
-1. remove your emunand from the sd with the games
-0.5. OPTIONAL while formatting give your sd a cool name
0. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A NAND BACKUP INCASE YOU FOLLOW THIS WRONG!!!
1. launch godmode9
2. unmount sd
3. insert new sd
4. press home
5. pick the 3rd option
6. pick sd format menu
7. pick your emunand size
8. pick cluster size (im lazy so i usually use auto)
8.5 OPTIONAL give your sd a cool name
9. wait for the format after you enter the key combo on the bottom screen
10. decide to copy your sys or not
if you copied your sys: 11. tiny format the emu with tinyformat
if you did not copy your sys: 11. find a ctr transfer file for the firmware you want
if you copied your sys: 12. go through setup
if you did not copy your sys: 12. ctrtransfer your new emunand with decrypt9 (emunand options NOT sysnand options)
13. profit from having your games + emunand
14. ask for help if you have additional problems

Thank you for the tut ^^ i know what to do now when i want to format sd for emu
I think the problem came from the nand because transferring it to another sd didn't worked but formating nand worked
