The Nintendo Switch SDK has been leaked

in-switch-un-sdk-de-la-nintendo-switch-leake-1.jpg

Someone posted on /hbg/ a link to the Switch SDK. I don't know if it's the actual SDK or not because I have no use for it but I thought people would like to know or some shit.

EDIT: For the uninitiated, the leak has been confirmed real by SciresM and others. Go nuts.
EDIT 2: The SDK has appeared on many different warez sites.
EDIT 3: Stop asking me for links. I'm not gonna go dig out the link for you. Besides, someone on /hbg/ said the original link is down.

Well I found the download. For anyone curious it's over 6GB in size (which MEGA won't let you fully download in one go without PRO, you'll have to wait several hours part way through for free users) and requires setting up openssl to actually access the files. Not linking any of it here for obvious reasons, just wanted to let those curious know.

You could wait(if you are a free user) or you could reboot your router and get a new ip. Totally up to the (free) user.

You can actually bypass the size limit if you use the mega app for android. Though it may be tedious to transfer the files once they are downloaded.

yeah, I'm wondering why the app can't be loaded onto the switch.
Because it's not signed the same way as a retail app would be. The compiled files are meant for a devkit. Retail units only run retail apps.
Well I figured a 'trusted dev' opinion would be good as any.. and the fact i've been messing around with the SDK myself since yesterday.
That's fair, I didn't know you're a developer.

Oh no i'm having Wii U SDK leak flashbacks. Not good

I'll try to find the link, though I want to find the thread in itself. Stuff like that is always nice to read

I figured Nintendo probably hid a code number somewhere in this, to track leaks. What's the chances of the leaker getting found, and how fucked are they if they are caught?

And people are again saying the Switch will fail. A SDK isn't a major thing. All developers have access to it (especially newer versions). People already found exploits without and you can't magically turn the SDK developed applications to work on the Switch since they need to be signed.

Andddd the mega link is dead. Wahoo
that's why I copied it to my own mega account.
And for anyone who is going to ask, no I will not share the link anywhere. You'll probably be able to find it reuploaded elsewhere in the near future on an iso site, but not by me.
And for people who don't know sharing links to copyrighted content via PM is still against forum rules.
Once I get it downloaded I'll poke around it to see what it has.

:arrow:Confirmation by plutoo

I do not understand why you are quoting Plutoo as confirming this sdk. This is a misunderstanding of his tweet which confirms rop-rpc and sys module backups from a retail switch.
