Well this really depends on what you are looking for. That's good to know. Would you happen to know what the best method currently available is? Or where I could find a tutorial for my version?
See here for alternative homebrew entry points (Step 12): https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(alternatives)I want to be able to access the homebrew launcher. Not interested in CFW really.
Do you know the difference? Most people don't. Like hbl has no piracy, less access, slower emulators etc., But if that's fine then do whatever.I want to be able to access the homebrew launcher. Not interested in CFW really.
Here's what the entire list boils down to:I want emulators, yes. I'm trying very hard to find a way to do this on 11.5 new 3ds, but most things I'm seeing require games that aren't available anymore, or a friend with a hacked 3ds already.
What are you having trouble with...? If you need help, this video seems pretty useful:i have 11.4 firmware (stock) + oOT physical + powersaves... i am having a super difficult time installing the OoThax to get homebrew running... any ideas>???

Here's what the entire list boils down to:
You need either:
1. A Linux computer that can wifi beacon
2. A freakyforms cartridge
3. Cubic ninja
4. Oot3d and a powersaves
5. A second modded 3ds (I would say what games you could use with this, but if you have a second 3ds, you might as well get cfw)
These are your only options. Nothing else.
https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-using-smashhax-with-linux.397194/ Turns out the smash 3ds demo was patched, so you need the full smash 4 3ds, physical or digital. What is the method for #1? I have an old Dell laptop with Ubuntu linux, and a new 3DS XL with firmware v.11.5.0-38U. I have no experience in modding a 3DS, yet.
