i know we will most likely never get homebrew like we get on nintendo consoles but i have heard we have gotten some advances on homebrew could someone explain what these advances are?

Basically like the exploit for 1.76 for a newer firmware but don't expect it soon he likes to be a special Snowflake like so many others
Allows your Home button to spawn unicorns. As many as you want.

As I said before, y'all ain't going to see nothing until the PS5 is about to roll out and even then all that will happen on this "scene" is piracy and none of the awesome emulators that could've been with the PS4s power as devs generally code for live platforms that are hacked on the latest firmware that all can enjoy and not when epeen waving snowflakes decide to unleash the unicorns.

so.. devs are now sitting on a patched exploit(4.55fw) for quite a while now right? Gone are the days where hackers release something when their exploit gets patched..
I know they have something, maybe it's better if they work on it in silence(not releasing tweets, updates) but we will have it.

The shark thing was the stupidest way to play backups,even if it was the only one i won't buy it.
I actually have it somewhere in the depths of my junk bin. Never used it. Idea was great, but functionality not so much. There is always a way to do something, maybe it will take a year, maybe more, sega saturn got backup loading recently, after 20 years or so?
Don't get me wrong, I need a way to backup my own games and play them, maybe plugins, who knows, not just piracy

@Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here. -

I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
