Hello everyone,

I'm trying to get my old3ds w/ CF 11.2.0-35E upgraded to Luma 7.0.5 (after that to 8.1). I'm atm on Luma 6.6. I followed the 3ds.guide and when the part comes w/ udsploit and run safehax, it crashes.
I run udsploit and everything is fine. Next Step run safehax, boom crashes w/ blackscreen. I read several threads and figured out to hold B while launching safehax --> resul red screen and after that black screen and crash again.

Hope someone can help me =]

You probably mean upgrade from A9LH to B9S(Because luma 6.6 does not work with B9S and 8.1.1 does not work with A9LH which mean you want to upgrade from A9LH to B9S).
You should be following this.
Can you give us a link or screeshots, where is the udsploit part mentioned?

Yes
i read it. I've tried it bit it didn't worked for me.
I've replaced the arm9loader.hax with the old one but nothing happend. I couldn't open homebrew or something else happened.
I cannot enter decrypt9, menuhax or something else I just can enter Luma by holding select while booting.

@Kubas_inko I've uploaded the screenshot from udsploit, just check the link.
Edit: cannot post the link :/

What do you mean menuhax? You're not supposed to use menuhax with a9lh.
If you can't open Decrypt9, make sure you have Decrypt9.bin in your luma/payloads folder, and that you're holding Start BEFORE you press power and continue holding it.
Udsploit is not going to help you with anything. That is to hack unhacked systems, and yours is already hacked. Please stop trying.

So I tried what you said @Quantumcat but it didn't worked. I placed the Decrypt9.bin in payloads folder an renamed it to start_Decrypt9.bin and booted the system while holding start but it booted just normal as always.
I'm outta ideas atm.
Should I try to start from the bottom like I mean to uninstall the CFW and to it all over again? May this works?

Can you hold Select on boot and tell us what the Luma version is. Also can you upload an image of the payloads folder that shows the path (to verify the folder is named correctly).

If you are still on 6.6, you haven't followed the guide at all. You are supposed to be on 7.0.5. So please, update to that (section I). Then we are going to troubleshoot, why you can't load payloads.
BTW, the folder is james correctly.

I finished now with section 1 but I'm still on Luma 6.6 . There's nothing much to do wrong while following the instructions but for some reason it won't work..

And are you replacing the files? Try new SD and copy only the 7.0.5 arm9loaderhax.bin to it.

Yes I replaced them all. I also tried once to delete everything from my SD card (except Nintendo 3DS, DCIM) and following the guide.
