People who can't pay 40 dollars to play whichever game they like... Well maybe I'm a spoiled brat but 40 dollars are no money for me if I get access to a library of 100-300 of games. Also someone took a lot of time to develop this, we surely wouldn't have anything like this if everyone was just lazy sitting on their asses.

So long I've spent 615€ on Switch games, and I am not really planning to change my spending rate.
I already have access to a library of 100-300 games, if there is one I am interested in I will just buy it.

PS: That doesn't change a thing that a device to use homebrew and "test" games is interesting, but I don't like the whole "licence my OS" fiasco TBH. And the only thing it is really making easier for me is not having to carry an USB-micro to USB-C cable with me, as the S7 Edge I already carry around can easily inject Fusee Gelee payloads... Hmmm, I am not very convinced now.

I'm curious as to how their USB dongle actually installs the OS. I can boot into rcm mode already, and I have a PC that can host the exploit. In an ideal world I spend $15 and install the exploit with my PC.

With the "latest rumors", i think thats what im gonna do. Get the license and install their payload with my PC. No need for shipping/40 days wait or whatever. Yeah, the dongle is really convenient but i dont mind turning my Switch off for changing files on my SD/getting more backups, etc.

You won't even need to turn it off if it supports Homebrew, you could transfer files through FTPd

Yeah i was thinking about that and then i remember when i tried to transfer a 3GB .cia to my new 3DS and it took forever. Now games are like 10GB so... Idk man lol.

What i understand is that we could buy the license and get their payload without the dongle/jig. I may be wrong, tho.

Edit: In the OP the second to last picture shows the "License only" package and the last pic shows the complete package with the license and the jig/dongle. So thats what im thinking they would sell.

well i dunno if any resellers are going to sell license only. if you're buying from TX tho you'd need to spend $500 to even order from them.

i figured some resellers might want to offer their own "dongle" with TX' software, i thought that's what the "license only" package is for.

On Maxconsole, they label the SX Pro at $34.95. That sounds more logical, then $24 for the Pro. I don't see this being below $20. Still worth it though, in my mind!

You can buy an OS license separate from everything else. Change the url in the OP, remove "pro" and put "OS" in it's place.
