From these 2 pics I can tell they used a different connector from one to the next, the first one the last portion for where it looks "keyed" is not as long as the other. So @Phenj it looks like tx changed USB C connectors. Yours is probably much longer.

Looks like you're right. Wondery why though, it feels a little bit weird.

Maybe your dongle got too excited to get in :rofl2::rofl2:. On a serious note, obviously SX is producing those in China to reduce the cost of sale and increase profit margin, hence not the best quality ever so as long as it works just keep it.

Yep ,,, No hassle right...

Now lets see if there new over priced SXGEAR dongle has the longer or shorter connector haha
