UPDATE 12/11/2018: nds-bootstrap v0.12.4 now included.
I see no difference in the file, nds-bootstrap-release.nds hasn't change ???

How do I remove the fake DSi splash screen?

Turn the DSi splash off in HiyaCFW configuration.

Nope. Adding built-in AP-patching into nds-bootstrap would risk it getting taken down by Nintendo.

for some reason pokemon black 2 isn't working for me anymore. i could play it fine until a few days ago; when i start the rom, i get stuck on an indefinite white screen after the loading screen is finished.
i just updated to the latest version and now i don't get the loading screen anymore, it's just completely white
i'm not sure if i did anything that would cause it to stop working, but does anyone know what i can do to fix it?

Try deleting "nds-bootstrap.ini" at "sd:/_nds".

just downloaded pokemon platinum and it worked.
apparently the problem was me selecting 'run in DSi mode' in the settings instead of DS mode (totally forgot i messed with that setting, lol)
i set it back to DS mode and it's working again. weird that it only affects black 2, because platinum still worked.
it was my mistake. thanks for your help though ^^

Oh yeah, I forgot about the DSi mode option.
Black 2 is a DSi-Enhanced game, and setting it to run in DSi mode causes it to not start, because DSi-Enhanced games don't work in DSi mode with nds-bootstrap yet.

You need to AP-patch the game, as said by the TWiLight Menu++ app, when running those games.

Nope. To use this, you need CFW installed. There is no other way.

No, many games don't need to be AP patched.
In most cases, the current version of TWiLightMenu, will tell you if the game you're trying to run needs to be patched or not.

I created cheats of pokemon ranger 3 EUR using r4cce and saved them as r4 usrcheat.dat. the file is in the same folder but when I click databaseklicke in the program, the program starts to paste something

"will tell you" what exactly do you mean by this? Where can i find this info? For example i hav some very old games like Mario Ds, im assuming its so old so it doesnt need to be ap patched?
