My PS TV always asks to connect the controller using the USB cable to press the PS button (if doing so, Safe Mode is accessed). This is irritating since I use an USB flash drive instead of SD2VITA so I always have to take it to connect the controller via USB cable and press the PS button to access Safe Mode. The USB flash drive doesn't even show up on VitaShell so I always have run the latter, mount uma0, mount USB ux0 and then refresh LiveArea for all my homebrew to appear.
Also, if I used SD2VITA with an USB 3.0 microSD card reader instead of an USB flash drive, I might have spared some time because I think it would be faster copying files from the PC to it (and vice-versa) and I wouldn't waste the USB port (which can be used to charge my controller). I'm using an USB flash drive because I was told it was faster than SD2VITA and it's 2.0 since I was told it was more compatible with the PS TV than if it was 3.0.
