Do you know the game Postal? I'm sure you do! Postal was a game developed by Running With Scissors and was published by Ripcord Games in November 14th 1997. It was very controversial due to it's brutality and it being a "Mass Murder simulator". To this very day, the game is still banned in some countries. Fast forward to the 20th of May 2016, POSTAL Redux was released on Steam. POSTAL Redux is a full remake of the first POSTAL game on Unreal Engine 4.
In this game, we're in a body of the "Postal Dude", a guy that gets evicted from his home (as we can see that by the moving truck that is next to the his house.) This makes him go POSTAL and run around, shooting innocent people. But it isn't that easy, as we obviously encounter various Enemies, such as Cops, Dudes in tanktops throwing explosives at you etc. To progress through a level, we need to kill atleast 90% of enemies in a level, and when we do it, the game marks a marker where the exit is so we can continue our adventure. RWS also added a weapon which wasn't in the Original, and that is the Revolver, which is a really good gun. In the game, there are 18 levels, but later the developers went and redone the 2 Expansion Packs from The Original POSTAL as a free update. The last level named "The End" is the only level in the game that doesen't allow you to Save, Load and Shoot, it also removes all the guns and grenades you collected through the game and leaves you with the default SMG. However, the ending was changed. In The Original POSTAL, the Ending was called "Elementary School" and it was a level with a School. When a player tried to shoot an NPC, it wouldn't die and later the Dude has a mental breakdown and then we experience the ending cutscene, In Redux, It's a church that we have to go behind. Behind the church we notice a Burial of someone which after Dude collapses.
Is POSTAL Redux a good game? Yes, it is. It's pretty damn enjoyable. Would I recommend it over the Original POSTAL? I don't know, as both of these games are good. You can complete these games in about 3 hours, which is nice. If you really want, you can complete the game in one sitting.

Overall

As I said earlier, I really recommend this game. If you have some spare money, buy it, it's good! It's enjoyable for people that are fans of Shoot 'em up games, and people that aren't mad about Shoot 'em ups. Although I'm kind of sad because of the fact that there isn't any Modding tools, or atleast an level editor.
