    These type of thoughts are typical of anxiety, I know too well from experience. As you get older you can learn how to separate the bogus (anxiety induced) thoughts from your actual consciousness. Getting older plus natural remedies you can use like rescue remedy, St.Johns Wort, other green stuffs.
