Since I have seen this asked so many times I'll write out how I finally got it working
1) Put 2 x 128gb into the cr5400
2) Put in PSP
3) Turn on PSP and go to system in the psp menu and format
4) It will format to about 160gb or so
5) Connect your PSP via USB Cable to PC
6) Copy the folders from your PSP memory card to a temp folder on your PC
7) On your PC download http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/guiformat.exe (Fat32Format with GUI)
8) Run it and select your PSP and format it with it
9) Copy the Folders from step 6 back to your PSP card
10) Enjoy
Note - I Had a error when running fat32format that the device was in use to fix it
1) Download and run https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer.aspx
2) Use the program and click Find -> Find Handle or DLL
3) Type in the drive letter like " h: " (without the ") and it will tell you what program is using it
4) Open resource Monitor http://www.pcworld.com/article/241677/how_to_use_resource_monitor.html on how to do this
5) Find the process, right click it and select Kill Process
