ROM Hack 30fps lock for Bayonetta 3

As the title says.
I tried cheats that mentioned there’s a 30fps but no luck.
If I want to run it as a docked mode it becomes extremely slow.
so it is never reach at 60fps on either handheld or docked so it most have 30 fps cap as an option for better experience.
