So anytime I open up any ds application (game cartridge or not) on my 3ds (old btw), it just white screens? I have waited for a hour before and it doesn't change. Ive tried twlfix and it didn't change so I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out whats wrong

I think I fucked up my 3ds by updating to the latest firmware, and looking for help here :/

I used the get started guide of 3ds hacks, and choose new 3ds xl and my firmware version. It told me to update to the latest firmware so I did. Following the instructions after that, I see the following screen only and cannot get past it:

I am guessing I shouldn't have updated to the latest? Or am I doing something else wrong?

If that's what the Guide said to do, then that's what you're supposed to do.

Your 3DS is an old 3DS XL. Skaterhax will not work on old 2DS/old 3DS systems. You'll have to use alternate methods that require external games/software/hardware.

Since the picture tells us that it's an old 3DS XL, skaterhax will not work on the old 3DS XL.

So I noticed Checkpoint, Anemone, and Hshop won't show up in the Activity Log. is there a reason for this? I remember when doing GBA injects there was an option in the injector to hide the games from the activity log, so I assume they've enabled something similar here. Is there any way I can edit the cias or something to remove that?

EDIT: If anyone else is having a similar problem, NSUI actually has a CIA extract and rebuild option where you can edit this very thing. Sure enough, these 3 cias had the box checked to hide activity log usage. I simply unchecked them, saved them, then reinstalled them, and the activity log actually had all the data and playtime from when I first installed these apps; this setting just hid the apps from showing up

What made you want to do a ctrtransfer?
Were you experiencing any issues/errors? and now you're trying ctrtransfer to see if it fixes the issue/ errors?
Have you tested checked the sd card for errors with h2testw?

i got an error before the ctrt transfer after i accidentially deleted an important file in FBI so i followed a thread and it told me to do a ctrt transfer, the ctrt transfer worked but my ds was in the wrong language so i followed another tutorial to change the language but that caused me another error that i found another thread saying to do a ctrt transfer on again but it didnt work and now i have this error
i havent checked for sd card errors
