I bet all this bricking ipatched warning is going to push up the prices of the unpatched consoles.
I updated and booted offically, no autorcm and my fuse count didn't go upTurned out this is false. 8.0 has burned only one efuse.
Ain't gonna skyrocket it, people can declare any price for it, doesn't mean someone is willing to pay that price.
how did you measure it?I updated and booted offically, no autorcm and my fuse count didn't go up
NSW is populer & selling well. So if a consumer knew there is a way to play homebrew & legit backups on a older revision NSW they will most likely pay extra. Knowing they will save in the long run depending on how they use the NSW.
Can you take a screenshot of your Hekate plz?I updated and booted offically, no autorcm and my fuse count didn't go up
Use hekate to check the number of burnt fuses against THIS. 7.x updated the burnt count to 9. If they burnt on 8.0 it should be 10. Will post videohow did you measure it?
Sure, I'll do one better and post a videoCan you take a screenshot of your Hekate plz?
Over doing it huh?Use hekate to check the number of burnt fuses against THIS. 7.x updated the burnt count to 9. If they burnt on 8.0 it should be 10. Will post video
Sure, I'll do one better and post a video
It's not a guaranteed brick. There's only a potential brick if you try to use AutoRCM. I doubt this will have any meaningful impact on potential resale of hackable consoles.I bet all this bricking ipatched warning is going to push up the prices of the unpatched consoles.
Is that video still coming?
But no added fuses were burnt? So I'd be able to update in theory without choudujournx?
Oh, so downgrading from 8.0 to 7.0.1 isn't possible? I just made a backup. I haven't updated yet though.
Deja Vu doesn't rely on RCM.Deja Vu is out?
Wouldn't it be a brick regardless of firmware, since RCM mode is useless on patched units?
