Hardware A good place to buy a 3DS capture card?

Ive already searched online and everything I could find is that Keity isn't too trustworthy and that Loopy is much better, although the latter one doesnt do 3DS capture cards anymore apparently. And NTR isnt too good either as it messes with games (even if its just loading times) which is a problem as a speedrunner and also that it can't record normal DS games.

So I have a hacked New 2DS (no XL) and search for a good, trustworthy place to get a capture card, does anyone know one?
