Hacking After entering RCM mode, switch just normally turns on when plugged in.

Hi everyone, i tried to found a solution to this almost everywhere but couldnt find it, so sorry if it is already answered.
Yesterday i tried to hack my switch following a guide on internet, no problem at all, everything worked fine, i even get to make an emunand partition on my micro SD, didnt turn on the autoRCM because i needed to use the OFW.

The problem is that now once i got into RCM mode and connect the console to an usb-c cable attached to my PC to make the exploit with the tegrarcmgui, the switch just turns on and start to loading up, same thing happen when insted of trying it on my pc i use the Rekado App on my phone, (note that both these options worked before and suddenly stopped doing it)

So you already have it in rcm but then run the tegra rcm exe again?
Or do you mean you have somrthing shorting the pins and try running the tegra rcm exe.

Do you plug the cable in while in rcm? Then it boots for me too. Keep it connected to PC and then turn it off and boot into rcm should work. Else try reinstalling the driver i guess.

Sounds like the console is not in RCM.

You're bumping all the threads. Which makes no sense because no one gives you any response(except the one user from the other day).

Nope, you are wrong because I do get responses such as the thread where OP was requesting Tinfoil or if .NSP files are safe.

try reinstalling the driver and be sure to use the same usb port it only installs to the port you plug into

or

make sure you are in rcm mode and you have the clip in when entering it as well

last is usb -c cable could be damaged

There is obviously more threads that I can list but your initial point was incorrect unless you want to dig up all of threads where I got responses. Also if I am "bumping" as you incorrectly insist, then you can report those posts as bumping is against the rules. But that means you have to report all of those posts of anyone bumping old threads sometimes even a year old otherwise you're just being hypocritical against me for no reason.

Even though you want to help people @Draxzelex, I have to agree with @BaamAlex on this one, it is unnecessary to revive old threads that the OP haven't been around for few months, Gbatemp users don't like when other bumps / reviving old threads.

Why would I last check OP was last active? Anyway I've seen sometimes one user quote another user after they haven't logged on in a year and they respond within a day.
