ROM Hack Any EASY way to change ROM icon/title info?

I ask this as I'm pretty sure it can be done with a bunch of different tools, but am looking for an easier and simpler way to do so.

I want to create a 'stealth' version of DevMenu so it appears as a different game in the recently played list and in the timeline.
Kind of like what BBB has already done to create BBM from DevMenu, but using an ExHeader.bin (or whatever would need to be used) from another ROM.

nice idea, i'd be interested in it
but i'm pretty sure there is no 'simple' way.
you would have to decrypt it, extract it, change the title id and icon, and then put it back together.
it wouldn't be so bad i guess, but you will have to know what you are doing.
i personally don't know how to do it myself
