With treble clef you can mark the line circled by the clef as g, bass clef the bottom line is g, each space and line is a half step. On the piano, the white key just left of the two black is c. Once you find it you can navigate the other keys. Each white key is a regular note, and the black ones are your sharps or flats depending on which key your in.
Next to the clef you should see numbers representing the metre, or "time". The standard is 4/4. Meaning 4 beats per measure. It's often marked as just a "c" for common. Any "hashtags" means that note should be played as a sharp. A "b" looking symbol means the flat is played. (Also the sharp of the note just a step down of the one marked).
I mean, that's the standard stuff. You need lessons if you want proper technique, chords, scales, etc. Or maybe pick up some beginner books at a music shop.
