just noticed why did you miss out 4.0 for all regions??

4.0 and 4.1 are identical except for the wii sports resort fix. where if you play wiiware from sd you had to watch motion plus videos again

Yeah, we thought it was useless to include 4.0 for that reason

Personally I've never even tried to region change, it should be safe but i'm not 100%.... but in your case, what I would do is create an Opera Internet forwarder channel (like the ones HERE), and have it set up to take u directly to your fav weather website for your region... but that would mean u still wouldn't have the forecast channel... so its up to you, just make sure to do your research before region changing (unless u have bootmii as boot2 w/ nand back up, then go nuts)

Yeah, I have bootmii installed as boot2 with a current nand backup.
So I guess I will just give it a bash and see what happens.

it will ask u to make the key.bin only if u are trying to download a .app file AND you don't already have the common-key.bin

u dont need the common key to download everything other than a .app file

Yupz did only asked to make a key when i downloaded an *.app file, working great and i like how it renanames the maps to 2 / 3 etc... nice done, no fear of overwriting something.

Tested all options and everything worked flaweless here.

also, there is no risk of overwriting anything, any duplicate downloads are skipped, if u want to redownload a file u already have, u have to erase/rename the existing file or folder

as i can see, (i compare it with syscheck and with all of the downloaded with ur useful app!)many of my IOS are outdated......now all are with ur recommended versions...i hope with this can i solve 2 or 3 blackscreens with some pal games (mine is NTSC and load everything with usb loader gx)

no changes have been made to version 3 since its initial release yesterday other than the new icon, so if you downloaded it already, you don't have to download it again unless you want the awesome new icon.

only 1 change in v3.1 (compared to version 3)

* fixed bug in batch mode ("S" was the command to mark the Shopping Channel for install and it was also the command to Start downloading, now the command for the shopping channel is "SH")
