Hacking Bricked my PS3 any help?

Picked up a PS3 for £12 and it was working fine, then tried to install PS3xploit, rebooted and it will no longer turn on :sad:. I didn't get to dump the flash because the initialise exploit kept failing after a successful nand patch.
Now when I turn it on it's green for a second and starts flashing red.
No way of be unbricking it without a dump and e3 flasher is there?

Only wanted the cid from it as well for my main banned slim PS3.
