Today EA have revealed that Burnout Paradise Remastered is releasing next month:

This is exactly what I was thinking. I mean, it's a car game. Why remaster something instead of simply making a new games with new stages? It's not an RPG or something where every game is different.

That said, I loved burnout and midnight club, so I'm buying this

While I loved (and still do so) Burnout Paradise, we really want a proper new Burnout game instead. Paradise is available on PC and last gen consoles, no need to remaster them.
But then again, it's EA. They are in for a cashgrab.
