Question But exactly, what is this Downloads section?

Somebody said to me the Downloads section is useful to share hacks and translations for games of all kind. But all what I see are cheat files, HOME menu theme packs, 100% completed save files, etc.

Is the Downloads section ALSO for game hacks, or it's just my mind?

Perhaps take a look at the categories for the consoles instead of just the main page which only shows recently uploaded.

As you can see, there are tons of ROM hacks and applications and things uploaded, not just Cheats and Themes.

What did you think I said? I meant that YES, there is a section for old consoles, but the subsection "ROM hacks" is not there for all of the consoles listed.

it probably falls under the "Game Fixes & Patches" category.

I don't know what quarrel you have with romhacking.net, but i'd argue it's the most suited site for uploading and cataloging romhacks.

I would say GBAtemp download section, Oldies/Retro should suffice.
