Nope, Xbox One still is not hacked and for now I do not see that changing any time soon. There is probably someone out there who has managed some sort of hack but I doubt anyone would ever release anything with dev mode being done for homebrew use.

You don't need to hack an Xbox One for homebrew as Dev mod exists (which allows any Xbox One to turn into a dev kit, effectively allowing you to run unlicensed software, to a certain extent anyways), so no exploit has been publicly released since it would only really give piracy (which most devs don't generally condone).
There are a few emulators and such already released for Dev mode, I believe Retroarch was ported over by Libretro a bit ago so you can always grab that, but otherwise you won't find anything that lets you pirate games or anything.

Hacking the Xbox One is pointless just like Tom said above you can buy a DEV account for $20 to get access to emulators and the gamepass ultimate now have EA Play and 70% of microsoft exclusives are available to play.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
