Can't enter atmosphere FSS0 SYS

Hi, hope you can help me... I'm modding a Switch for the first time.
I have installed the latest versions of atmosphere (1.4.1) and hetake (6.0.1), when I enter RCM and start the hetake payload, I go to launch and start Atmosphere FSS0 EmuMMC, I get a red message: Error loading g fss0 : bad atmosphere/package3 ini cfg or missing/corrupt files!
I made sure that the hetake file ends with .ini and not with txt and in the code the entry is fss0=atmosphere/package3
can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong?
I followed the guide on gifthub step by step
I transcribe the hekate_ipl.ini code that I downloaded:

You hekate_ipl.ini file looks solid so your files probably weren’t unzipped properly. go through this guide step by step and see if there’s anything you missed.
