Hello,
I put the Wii U dev menu on my Kiosk Unit to dump contents of the system. I used wudump to dump an interactive demo disc which worked fine. But both, wud2app.exe and disc2app.elf give me the same error: "Invalid FST!"
Is there a way to fix this?

I've heard about this before and it sounds like the disc key is just random data on every read so I wonder if those discs even HAVE a disc key, in the wud if you go to offset 0x18000, does it already read 0xCCA6E67B (or byteswapped 0x7BE6A6CC) or does that region (its 0x8000 bytes long in total) in the wud look like encrypted data completely? I dont have any of those discs so I cant test anything.
