Emulation Cemu very slowly on a strong computer

I guess what I meant to say instead of high end laptop was to say that at least I know my computer is not crappy. I don't know anything about turbo boost and overclocking, so I usually just leave that alone. When I run the game, im averaging around 20-30fps. sometimes it jumps to 60 when its the menu or a cutscene, but gamewise im averaging around 20-30 fps.

I try to run Super Mario 3D Land, it is really really slow

Found your problem
I have a very similar laptop and it can run SM3L at 4k(3840x2160) , no lag . That game is not demanding at all
On the other hand , I will lose 10FPS with Xenoblade if I enable 4k graphic pack
I force both my CPU and GPU running at maximum speed btw

lol its cheaper to buy a wii U then 2 more cpus lol. you cant tell me that game running on a Xeon E5-2699 V4 will not beat an i7 for when you use a good gpu.....
