Hacking complete theme packs for 3DS ?

i am searching for link or thread here that have alot of ready to install themes for the 3DS
i have sysnand 9.2 and i want to install alot of themes

also a guide will be helpful too

Would there be any way to convert these theme Cia's to whatever format the homebrew launcher uses, so that they can be installed on a n3DS?

AFAIK fan made themes can't be installed from .cia, they can only be installed with 3ds_homemenu_extdatatool to the cache of the 3DS.

and yes you can convert the .cia themes to ones that work with 3ds_homemenu_extdatatool.

can the .cia themes be installed without gateway ?
i saw a tutorial how to install theme without hacking the 3DS , but simple search didn't find anything

Nintendo Themes in cia format -> Only GW
3ds_homemenu_extdatatool themes ->You can install it with Cubic Ninja

PS: In the well know iso site, there's a pack with all nintendo themes converted to extdatatool..

on that well known iso website and found the files, cheers!

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
