Ah, thanks for the replies! I'm trying to get a Yvetal with good stats. I guess my 3IV one is good enough. I don't have the patience to soft reset a few thousand times haha

About the only thing that the Wonder Card Modifier code is good for is completing the Pokedex for those who do not have access to a gen 5 cart and/or Bank and for getting the unreleased HA, breedable Pokemon. The only other way that it will ever be useful would be if they allow users to obtain Diancie, Volcanion, and Hoopa, and I don't see that happening anytime soon unfortunately.

I don't know if I've just been lucky but most of my legendary pokemon in X have had good IV's.

Legends are guaranteed to have at least 3 Perfect IVs in this game.

No. You can only share saves if you have the ROM version and the appropriate flash cart.
