I bought so much from them... but what has dissatisfied me...

I guess one of their mp4 players did and...really not much more since I usually don't have high expectations.

I bought those keyring remotes from them, that claims to work on most tvs. It didn't work on mine even though it was on the list of tvs that worked..

I've only bought one thing from them-DSTT.

I got it fairly quickly--about 6 or 7 days--and it arrived in crisp condition and so far has worked perfectly for me, so I have to say that I am satisfied with my DealExtreme purchase 100%.

Maybe I'm doing wrong then

That's the only item that I didn't like but it was only $2 so I didn't care much. Everything else I've bought from there was good.

The only things I've bought from DealExtreme are R4DS and EZ flash 3on1 back in October 2007, including a microSD card and screen protectors, the EMS shipping for everything back then was $13 USD

Not much can go wrong with that...
But I've started a wishlist including lots of little gadgets...laptop fans, A mouse for the finger, weird secret drawer box, Solar cells...I'll widdle down the list and get the things I want soon.
