This was actually the real goal of this thread. I'm fascinated to learn how people can take the same twelve ingredients and turn them into their own personal, mostly palatable sammich.

Mayo is still the worst thing on the planet, though.

Footlong meatball marina, double cheese, toasted on hearty italian. Onions, chillis, olives and sriracha. Its a proper dirty sandwich, but my tastebuds love it

Its not overly spicy, just a real messy munch. Equally good cold as it is hot. A cracking stoner munch when left to chill in the fridge

a neighbor put a "subway like" panini store two street down of my house, and at half cost, great raw materials and an excellent service so, no subway for years now.

They used to sell a "Seafood and Crab" sandwich that I loved and would go there often to get, They stopped selling it because they claim they lose money on it, so I stopped going there.
