I’m sure it’s only the base game. You’d still have to pay for the expansions.

Also, since I already bought it, sucks for me.

More then certain its just the base game. I followed a bit what they did with destiny and i got to say no thank you.

I dont know if they fixed it before but when they released the first dlc it raised it level cap which made end game raids unavailable to players who didnt want to have the expansion. Hence i rather see it as a waste of HDD space.
