Gaming Hardware Misc Does XOutput modify the controller?

I wanna know this because i wanna use a PowerA controller that i use in my switch but does the program modify the controller so that it cant be used on the switch anymore. Thanks!

Nah it does nothing to the controller. It basically reads the incoming DirectInput messages coming from the controller, and then translates them into an XInput controller for wider use on your PC. You'll have no issue plugging it straight back into your Switch afterwards.
