I am currently going through a DOS game frenzy, and I believe DOS games are more interesting/solid than today's standard video game. I am currently playing the games I grew up with: Abuse, Heretic, Duke Nukem, and Blood. I would like to know what your favorite DOS games are, please show and tell.

Commander Keen, Doom, Wolfenstein, Quake, Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure, these are the ones that I remember first... There are lots of great DOS-games. I like consolegames better though.

Wacky Wheels (best Mario Kart clone ever!)
Realms of Chaos
Bio Menace
Alien Breed
Superfrog
James Pond 2: Robocod (much better than the lame DS/GBA one)
Most LucasArt adventure games
BioForge
Blake Stone (which I prefer to Wolfenstein)

Have a look at what Epic Megagames and Apogee have done in the early 90's as they've done some fantastic stuff.

EDIT:
I eat jam on scones.

One of the greatest games ever made, so...

I just remember another classic: the concurrent of Commander Keen, Jazz Jackrabbit. That was a great game...

oh there was another game with a little wizard guy that was a side scroller and he had to collect crystals or orbs or something and jump on frogs. apogee made it i believe.
That would be the excellent Hocus Pocus by Apogee

They've also made such classics as Raptor, Death Rally and Boppin' (well Boppin' was actually developed by someone else on the Amiga).

Also check out Traffic Department 2091 by Epic Megagames (who did the Unreal series and Gears of War).
