So I just received my Brook Wingman SD Converter for both the Sega Dreamcast and Saturn. I immediately tested it out and it works perfectly normal, aside from some very problematic analog stick calibration, which hindered the experience quite a bit. I recalled reading somewhere else that you need to update the firmware before using it, so I went back to my PC and found the download links for updating the firmware. The only problem is, once I use the application, it asks to plug the converter into the PC through a USB A to micro USB B, but once I do that it never registers it there. I've tried all the USB ports on two computers, tried using different USB cables, but it never seems to work. Am I missing something?
Side note, it does install a driver for the converter automatically when I plug it in, but I'm not sure that's the issue, since disabling the driver does nothing.
