Last qurstion if i buy Mario kart ds it will be use as donor for all sdk3 and above games?

No. The cart still has to have same save chip as the ROM you're running.

This works awesome on my dsi. But for some reason when I run it on my 3ds every game I run will not read the touch screen. Works fine on the dsi. So does twloader on the 3ds. I've tried ds carts on my 3ds and touch screen works fine but as soon as I try run a rom in dsimenu++ touch screen stops working. Anyone having similar issues with 3ds. Gonna stick with twloader for now there seems to be plenty of bugs in this new app.

Touch screen is not working, due to DSiMenu++ keeping TWL touch mode with the Quick-start ROM option.
Touch screen will work again in the next nds-bootstrap version, as DSiMenu++ already sets the fix for the Quick-start ROM option.

I have encountered a problem with dsimenu++ on my 3ds I booted a rom but was taken back to the home menu when I tried reloading dsimenu++ it stated to load but stopped half way with a red error.

well all it does here is reboot the 3DS everytime I try to run a game. Only gbarunner2 works, for whatever reason

it was either warioware touched or kirby canvas curse.
about the error I got past that by selecting last played game. however it still goes back to home menu after loading a game I've tried warioware touched super mario 64ds and hto wheels with donor rom on and off.

It's not a glitch. Just press A on the folder containing ROMs.

hmm ok. honestly, I liked twloaders gui better, but I guess this is superior-also, my forwarders still use twloader lol. ill be looking out for the next update!

so i cant set donor roms anymore? i have a mario kart DS cart, but if i have to be carrying it around i might as well just use the carts and my flashcart

EDIT: it wont work even with the MKDS cart, it worked just fine last version

You need a cart with matching save type as the ROM.

probably because it needs a cartridge with the exact same save type as the one used by the rom?
I guess this restriction is temporary and savedata support for most games is coming soon.

This dsi app also lacks the online updating funcitonality. I suppose that will be implemented in the future as well.

Why tell people to use this on 3ds over twloader when the touch screen does not work on 3ds? No new bootstrap release yet so why should we use something that breaks touch screen input? Am I the only one who sees the logic to this?
