IOS249 isn't your cIOS, which do you have?

DVD+R and DVD-RW are bad choices for newbies, if you use DVD+Rs you have to set the booktype, and not every wii drive is capable to read DVD-RWs.

There are a few IOS files on the game did you install IOS35 and later? (Only install if you don't already have it)

If you are at 3.2 you should be able to use AnyTitleDeleter, but you shouldn't delete anything until you really know you have to.

The only thing you could retrieve about your cIOS is the version, 7 would be good, 5 or 6 bad. Just look at the installer you used.

You're getting that error because it's bad media or a bad burn. I had the same error, but as soon as I burned the same thing on a Verbatim dvd-r it worked. I haven't had that problem since.

P.S: The wii doesn't really like dvd-rw of any quality, so no reason in buying higher quality dvd-rw's.

Sonic thing: cIOS installer with the sonic icon holding a wii remote? XD idk
Try to follow DjTaz's instructions. ^^ He tells you how to install it to getting DVD-Rs to work.

Forget about the ciOS:es and everything. Go to nearest shop, now. Buy one or more of DVD-R and try it. See for yourself that it works. +R rarely works, and same goes for RW.

I have all my games at DVD+R and thy work, i think people think DVD+R rarely works, because it's true(when you don't use bitsetting).

Verbatim isin't a shop it's a "type" of DVD's

Also all my games (exept SSBB) are in Sony Dvd+R and all work

SSBB is the only because i needed a DL, and it's the only one that gives me 324 Error ( Did you try to reboot with hooks or just try it again without Rebooting?) it's a Verbatim Dl DVD-R After i do that it usually works, sometimes i have to try it again
