With Python, you don't "compile", its a scripting language, its just run and interpreted on-the-fly. Install Python 2.6 for Mac, as well as PyCrypto, Python Imaging Library (PIL) and wxPython (Wii.py's dependencies) and then run qwad_rc.py. It may work with double-click, if not open a terminal, navigate to the correct place and type
