Hacking English patched game showing up black then crashing

Im using a physical cartridge for trails in the sky FC evolution. I put the files in ux0:rePatch. I then start the game, then it starts up black and gives me this

C2-12828-1

ux0:data/psp2core
0x0000952da5-eboot.bin.psp2dmp

please help

Should be in a title id folder inside of repatch. Make sure the plugin is enabled. Also, I do not know if repatch works with cartridges.

If repatch doesn't work with carts, that would certainly explain a lot since I'm trying to patch the english translation with the physical games. If I'm using physical carts, where would I drop eboot.bin and the other file.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
