Is it possible to emulate other consoles such as gamegear or other sega games on the Ez cart flash IV ?

Yes. Plenty of GBA emulators exist for all manner of 8bit and older consoles.

I will also note a great many Sega classics got remakes, ports, emulated copies and sequels on the GBA, quality can vary a bit but well worth checking out as part of this.

I assembled a curated collection of these emulators, specifically modified to exit cleanly back to the EZ-Flash IV menu. I also made new Python 3 compilation builder utilities for them, since most of the original tools were intended for 32bit Windows XP, and so we're difficult to even run on modern systems.
