Hey,

I've spent like 110 hrs on the game, now i got loads of characters of level 99+...
It gets me bored...

I wish they made another FF tactics game for DS...

Is there any game like this one??
I mean, is there any game that has (almost) the same system??

Feel free to post your opinion and your party setting on this topic, I am wondering how you think of the game, and how you play it.

If you haven't already played it you should try Disgaea DS, its got a similar battle system and if you like grinding you can go all the way up to lvl 9999

>50+ hours
>Cheated to get all equipment because I hated how you get them normally
>Got to a part where you had to get the loot and then get the weapon
>rage quit because I couldn't do it

Oh crap, started playing this game over the March Break, and I'm honestly addicted. Sometimes I get annoyed when I break laws and stuff, and I played once before, but gave up when I couldn't beat the sandlion boss.

But now I'm way past it and just doing side quests to level up my characters.

It's a game that has some depth and it got me carried away from playing my Pokemon SoulSilver game.

hehe i had 7+ characters of level 99...
its quite common for me to break the law, i dont need the law bonus anyways...
only busy trying not to break the law on that quest in that pirate-ish seeq town, where u get the goal to kill everybody without breaking the law...

This game got me through my dad's wedding when it first came out. I played it from the airport in San Jose to his house in Colorado and back, non-stop. Awesome game.

I fully support Disgaea DS, also. I played it twice before, on the PS2 and PSP, but I played it again on the DS because it's pure sex.

Are we limiting ourselves to DS games?

Because if we're not, the super obvious choice is Tactics Ogre: Knight of Lodis for GBA.

It's a fabulous fabulous game made by largely the same team that made FFTA. It came out before FFTA, in fact, and is somewhat less polished. But it's still a wonderful and dense game, and if you enjoyed FFTA, this game will be right up your alley.

I think the GBA FFTA is far superior. With a law system that doesn't make the game completely horrible. (Although it's pretty crappy too.)

Agreed, but its kinda outdated...
That Capture skill on GBA is way better than on NDS.
Morpher is an awesome rapish class!

Well.... not Limiting, its just that quite a lot people got a Flashcard and as far as my knowledge reaches, u cant play GBA games on a NDS flashcard(atleast not DSTT)

i sort of liked it
and i thought the "no missing" rule funny because well, ive played FF11 as a dark knight and crap, they miss ALOT, if that missing rule existed in ff11 there would be no dark knights around as they all would be in jail D:
