I bought this game home at 10:30am this morning, updated and installed it only to find it would not load past the initial screen brightness set up, got stuck perma-loading with the gun barrel animation in the bottom right corner.
HOW TO FIX:
1: Uninstall the game, update and dlc if you installed it all already.
2: Install the game WITHOUT UPDATE, then update (3.69gb) after disc one and two are completed.
Hope this helps save people time and energy: it’s now 4pm my time, and it’s been a fucking ballache.
I will never get this time back....
