Just before E3 2019 last week, something amazing occurred in the Xbox One scene finally!

During E3 2019, Microsoft announced a new Xbox console is coming, and around the same time, underground scene developers also leaked out anonymous they have a new exploit that allows end-users to gain access to the normally protected SystemOS area of the current Xbox One consoles, this is basically an more advanced version of what was release last year that gained previously win32 code execution in UWP devmode, with this new update to original exploit, now you can break out of UWP sandbox and gain proper access to 'SystemOS' on the Xbox One console.

Bout time but with new xbox out nxt year I doubt many ppl will jump in & hack there xbox one. I mean wheres C4eva dissappear to. He was a god send in the xbox 360 scene but remain quite.

I was referring to people that already have a PC, but not an XB1. For those people it would be near pointless to buy one solely for pirating.

Nobody would be forcing you to. There's already around 40 million Xbox Ones out there, not everybody games on PC.

I don't get why there's always someone to make this type of comment when it comes to Xbox One hacking. If you can already get all the games on PC and don't care, then go along your marry way. Why would you care if others think differently?

this is a privilege escalation exploit, this allows many things, one of which is reading files from the flash.

the source for this image is not your website it is a twitter post (still funneling clicks to your website I see). Additionally the tool on your site came from a post on this forum, which originally came from the Xbox One research server neither of which you linked to, instead you decided to say that "underground scene developers" leaked it out "anonymously" (the author was mentioned in the previously mentioned post on gbatemp and he has an account on temp @XVMM ).

ps hate to break it to you but the things in the photo you took from twitter were already possible without this exploit.

fairly often the ability to load backups also allows you to also loads mods, plus some people like to have one dedicated machine

I love how everyone is like what does it mean and it really kinda means nothing and everyone is still flipping out about priacy. Like there i s no way of stopping it its just kinda of innevitable. Also MS may patch it.

I just signed up for a partner account and activated dev mode... Just in case.... Time to disable that xbox internet connection now i guess. Dont really play the console much but hey if it ends up with games being free who knows

i'm sure people would love to hack the backwards compatability emulators to unlock the full library, what they released currently is pretty gross, there's far too many noteworthy games missing
