I don't trust gametrailers.com AT ALL.
They've done too many tricks and said too many lies to be any credible. They have decent amount of trailers and number of them exclusive, do go there for trailers but nothing else.
Gamespot's infamous for selling review scores for money (nothing "blockbuster" recently, but doesn't mean their old habits died)
"You can't spell ignorant without IGN" (probably) originated from viewers after reading IGN's horrible reviews.
Like the statement that XBox360's graphics didn't improve at all compared to the old XBox's (which must have been corrected by the staff a long time ago without leaving behind any proof unless you've got one before the correction).
gamerankings and metacritic would give you a good idea about the game if you're a frat boy in the States, and a reasonable idea if you're not.
Don't trust user review scores, but do read user reviews for their content. Games get 0/10 user review scores before releasing any playable form of content, or 10/10's.
