Having trouble with Nightmare Boy. Says it's checking firmware when booting, and then errors out saying no internet connection. Using SX OS (6.2 stuff as of this post). Curious what the issue could be. Captain Toad specifically says "Update Required" but this is a different result so...

Usually you should be able to just cancel out of that and continue playing. Its caused by the SX OS Stealth Mode.

those games need firmware 7.0 to play if you didn't installed them using SX Installer to bypass firnware requirement

Well, in this particular case, it's an .xci that I loaded in. I've had the occasional weird issue with .xci installs, usually working but sometimes failing. I'll be trying later just running it as a native .xci and see if it works out better. As for install method, I just use the default album SX OS tool and it almost always works for me. But I run into occasional problems like with Captain Toad or with this one here.

Still two wire with resistor if you don't count the 7 wire pc probes cause hardware likes a good probing

I went to auction at a mom/pops video game store few months ago that was closing, and bought 11 slims for $200, 1 was DOA but 10 work fine. so hella deal. Already rgh3'ed 8 of them. But most younger kids don't even want anymore, unless it plays stupid "fortnight", or newer shit.
