Tested the code and it will unassign all recruits for all guilds and reset to level 1 again. This should allow us to only assign recruits to tactics to gain max level guild manually to get position

Could you do that testing anyway

. I tried the code above, and it has a weird effect. I originally had 100+ recruits assigned, but when I did the initialize code, it unassigned everyone and dropped guild levels to level 1 like it was supposed to, but for some reason it only said I had 89 people to allocate.
I could be doing something wrong though. I'm only on chapter 34, so I should probably hold off on this anyway until after I beat the game.

I'm thinking we should just do what Warheit suggested. Use the codes to raise the other 4 guilds to 10 then drop 60 recruits into Tactics to get that to 10. I did a little testing earlier today and couldn't find anything.

Fair enough. There were some posted on Fort42 but they didn't seem to get recovered in the GitHub. Any idea who else might have posted some? I think it was the AR side, not GateShark.

Where the"XX" is, you put a hex value for the multiplier you want. For example, if you want x5, you put "05". If you want x10, you put "0A", if you want x100, you put "64". If you don't know what hex values are, Google is your friend.
