For me it was on a file "bbb-devkittools.rar" with "bbb-devkittools.r0" an CSV and an NFO.
With that you should be able to find it
if you want a proof it works :

I did not tried to install CIAs yet as I just updated to 9.2 my emunand.

There are a lot of files in the archive, what files do you need to copy on the SD?

Renaming the .csu to .3ds works fine.

You can't install any version of DevMenu.cia though > fails.
You can't install either GameCoinSetter.cia or PlayCoinSetter.cia > fails.
You can install the BBB NSMB2 DLC .cia just fine and works fine with .3DS Rom. (Europe)

That's what im wondering. Also confused where to place it. GW are saying the big SD card but maybe they mean that for .cia roms and not the devmenu, so confused lol

Did the whole "change the .csu to .3ds" trick and it worked fine. I presume that after launching devmenu, you just select a .cia from the import tab and go from there?

Afaik only BBB knows the method and only has released 1 set of dlcs , for nsmb2

Cia importing to main menu via Devmenu works.
With that I'll be able to get the CIA things while getting the stability of the gateway launcher with is much more stable than the CWF which nonstop crash.
I imagine now this permit guys to have 256GB of games (128 on the GW card, 128 on 3DS SD card ^^)
