GBA MODDED WITH IPS V2 SCREEN BLACK LINE SHOWING

hi guys i need some help. moded my gba sp with an ips v2 screen with pre cut shell. everything working for a day. later on i noticed a faint black line on the left of the screen but would go away after a couple of seconds. now it permenatly there. opened the system. cleaned ribbon cable and replaced and still the same problem. then tryed the original screen which i took out and no black line on that one. pic below

Can't say for certain, but if all the connections are good it would point to it being a defect in the IPS panel itself.

Thanks dude. guys sending me a replacement. does this means its faulty then??

More than likely unfortunately.

You could try applying some heat to the top and bottom edges of the panel (a hairdryer would probably be the safest option), which may solidify any connections internally on the panel and fix the lines - but it would likely only be a temporary fix if it did work.
