Gaming Get Silent Hill on Vita no PS3

So I just bought a Vita and was super excited to play the original Silent Hill, only to find out its not on the store. Is there a way to get it without owning a PS3?

If I buy a psn game from my pc that doesn't show up on Vita, such as Suikoden or Silent Hill, can I get it on my Vita without a ps3?

Everything shows up in the Vita's PS store download list the only detail is if its not compatible instead of a download button there would be a saying that says something along the lines of "This item is not downloadable from a PS Vita system."

I ended up purchasing it and did receive the message that it can't be downloaded from a vita system. I emailed customer support and they did refund me since the page for it online says Vita. You can only do a ps3 transfer.
